Clinical Support Specialist

The NHS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide clerical support services to the Pharmacy department, including the efficient and timely processing of invoice verification. Your significant clerical and IT support will be invaluable to the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process purchase documents on the JAC computer system in accordance with standing financial instructions.
- Identify and document non-compliance with regional contracts and local purchase deals.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail for all staff.
- Provide customer service to visitors to the Pharmacy department.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent English and mathematics.
- RSA level II or equivalent.
- Previous experience of dealing with suppliers.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
