Salary
$120,000 - $150,000 per year

About the Role
The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe and cost-effective drug therapies. This includes monitoring drug therapies, interpreting medication orders, and transcribing to patient medication profiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacotherapeutics, particularly in oncology, nutrition, and biologicals. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school is required. A valid RI Pharmacist license is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include residency or 5 years of clinical experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, and board certification in Pharmacotherapy. IV specialist expertise, USP 797 protocols, chemotherapy protocols, hazardous drug handling, and parenteral nutrition knowledge are also highly desirable.
