Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Description: As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, registering patients, preparing medical records, and performing various clinical tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination of schedules with professional staff and schedule appointments.
- Patient Registration: Verify insurance coverage, register patients, and direct calls appropriately.
- Medical Record Preparation: Prepare patient records according to office protocol, including lab reports and correspondence.
- Examination Preparation: Assist patients with gowning and seating, prepare them for examination.
- Lab Testing: Perform CLIA waived tests, including phlebotomy and spirometry.
- Treatment Room Maintenance: Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and order supplies as needed.
- Vital Sign Recording: Record patient vital signs, temperature, and vision screening.
- Vaccination Administration: Administer vaccinations as needed.
- Floatation: Assist at other locations as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform all assigned duties.
Education Requirements:
- Vocational/Technical Training: Six months job-related experience or equivalent required.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
