About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wandering Clinical Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various locations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in nursing (RGN/RMN) with experience leading a multi-disciplinary team. You will be able to travel extensively within your region, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Conduct regular assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and family members

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you must be a registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid PIN number. You should have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
