Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Care New England Health System. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional patient care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates patient scheduling, registration, and medical records management.
- Provides administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phone calls, preparing patients for examination, and performing CLIA waived tests.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensures proper inventory management, and orders supplies as needed.
- Records vital signs, prepares and administers vaccinations, and floats to other locations as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Vocational/Technical training and/or 6+ months of relevant work experience.
- Strong Medical Secretary background and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000 - $68,000
