As a Children's Residential Support Worker at Esland, you will have the opportunity to work with a small group of young people in a homely setting, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive. Our Congleton home is a specialist service that offers a therapeutic approach to childcare, and we are looking for nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide outstanding care and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
