Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker at Esland Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including daily living tasks, education, and socialization activities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
  • Work closely with our young people to promote their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our care services
  • Ensure that our young people receive the support they need to achieve their goals and aspirations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
