We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 care and support to our young people, including their daily needs, education, and socialization skills. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Essential Requirements
  • A full driving license issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above, due to industry regulations
