Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to children in need? Do you have a nurturing and supportive approach to childcare? We are seeking a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care.

About the Role:

We are a 365-day-a-year service, providing specialist care and support to young people in our Congleton home. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a small group home that offers a homely setting for three young people who require therapeutic placements. Your role will involve providing outstanding childcare and support, helping our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people, meeting their domestic needs, education, and socialization skills.
- Support our young people in learning new things, experiencing fun activities, and excursions together.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

Requirements:

- A Full driving licence issued in the UK.
- The right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable).
- Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
- Aged 21 or above (due to industry regulations).

What We Offer:

- Competitive pay rate: £12 to £12.30 per hour (days), £60 per sleep night (equates to approximately £30,672 to £31,294 per annum).
