Make a Difference in a Child's Life

Esland Care is seeking a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Congleton home, you will provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Support our young people with all of their domestic needs, education, and socialisation skills.
  • Participate in fun activities and excursions with our young people, promoting their development and enjoyment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a homely setting for our young people.
Requirements:
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable).
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
