We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a valued member of our team, you will provide outstanding childcare and support to our young people, helping them to achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, supporting their domestic needs, education, and socialization skills. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the best possible support.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
  • Age 21 or above
