Automotive Sales Leader

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly successful Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Market and sell vehicles to maximise sales and achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Promote the sale of accessories and service packages.
- Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products to provide accurate information during negotiations.
- Assist in monitoring performance figures, statistics, and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis.
- Support management in coaching and developing the skills of the sales team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, driven to exceed sales targets and lead by example.
- Multi-brand knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
- A comprehensive understanding of inventory management, including purchasing used car stock, vehicle valuations, and presentation.
- Previous experience with a volume brand, deal book management, working to a high preparation standard, and understanding of digital presence.
- A full manual driving licence.
In return for your expertise, we offer:
- An estimated salary range of £55,000 - £66,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A company car.
- 43.25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays on a rota basis.
- 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing after 4 years of service.
- Holiday allowance purchase scheme.
- Birthday off paid.
