, About the Role
As an Event Coordinator with Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing meetings and events for our clients. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events. You will work closely with our Senior Event Operations Manager, Operations teams, and the wider local and international CTM M&E teams to deliver high-quality events that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing event timelines and budgets
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
