**About the Role**

C&M Travel Recruitment is currently seeking an Event Travel Co-ordinator to work with our US-based team. As an experienced Event Travel Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing small meetings and event projects, providing support to the Event Manager, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage own small meetings and event projects independently arranging all Event travel
  • Provide support to the Event Manager on larger worldwide projects for event travel
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients
  • Trouble shoot enquiries and issues from clients surrounding the Event travel self-booking tool

Requirements:

  • Experience within Corporate Events, Business Travel, Corporate travel, Group travel or as an Airfares specialist
  • GDS skills (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) with experience from quote through to reissues and refunds
  • A good problem solver, organised, articulate and self-motivated
  • IT Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint GDS

Benefits:

  • Paying up to $40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Fully homeworking arrangement
  • Working Mon-Fri only between 4pm-Midnight EST
  • Private health and Bonus following successful probation period
