  • The Amicorp Group is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management professional to join its team as a Risk Manager for Cross-Border Payments.
  • This role requires an individual with extensive experience in Risk Management, particularly in financial services, cross-border payments, and business-to-business transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Risk Management framework to ensure AmiMoney's compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies.
  • Lead audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of Risk Management measures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in international regulations impacting cross-border transactions and ensure AmiMoney's compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate cross-border payment activities to prevent potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, finance, business, or a related field, with relevant certifications in Risk Management and Compliance.
  • At least 10 years' experience in Risk Management and Compliance roles within the financial services sector, with a focus on cross-border payments and business-to-business transactions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in medium to high-risk jurisdictions, especially in the context of electronic money institutions and cross-border payments.
  • Strong commercial mindset, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor style to relevant audiences.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a smaller, dynamic local team environment, along with being part of a bigger matrix organization.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
