The company has an elite US law firm looking to expand its restructuring team in London.

This opportunity allows ambitious lawyers to work on complex, cross-border financial restructurings and special situations debt transactions.

Job Summary

As a Cross-Border Restructuring Specialist, you will be involved in advising clients on high-value, cross-border restructurings, stressed liability management transactions, and special situations debt transactions.

You will work closely with a respected partner and a recently hired Of Counsel, both of whom have extensive experience in advising global clients such as direct lending funds, CLOs, capital solution funds, and larger asset managers and corporates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advise clients on complex, cross-border financial restructurings and special situations debt transactions.
  2. Work closely with a respected partner and Of Counsel to provide expert guidance to clients.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements

  • UK-qualified lawyer with 2-5 years PQE, with experience in cross-border financial restructuring.
