Job Title: Admin and Customer Care Volunteer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and manage JSM projects (incidents, problems, change requests) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Automate processes and monitor performance to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
  3. Administer Jira Software for Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban) to facilitate team collaboration and productivity.
  4. Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for project tracking to inform business decisions.
  5. Manage Confluence spaces for team collaboration and documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and retention.
  6. Set up permissions, organize content, and develop templates to ensure secure and efficient content management.
  7. Link Confluence with Jira for seamless collaboration on projects and tasks to enhance productivity.
  8. Customize workflows, fields, and issue types across Jira platforms to meet business needs.
  9. Ensure security best practices, compliance, and data integrity across platforms to protect business assets.
  10. Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective platform use and adoption.
  11. Identify and implement improvements to optimize platform use and performance to drive business success.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  2. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks to ensure effective service management.
  3. Experience with customizing workflows, dashboards, and project templates to meet business needs.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field to ensure a strong technical foundation.
  5. ITIL Foundation Certification; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus to demonstrate expertise.
