We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a **Technical Project Administrator**. Based in our vibrant office, located in leafy Cheshire, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our technical team’s job queue management system.

Based within the heart of leafy Cheshire, we are an international digital marketing firm that works closely with Google, Facebook, Snap, Instagram and TikTok.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a leader within the digital marketing space and further develop and enhance a range of proprietary systems, used to power a diverse catalogue of company owned and operated B2B & B2C Brands.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and prioritise job queues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Work closely with the department leads to support ticket progression.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in job queue management.
- Refining workflows to best reflect reoccurring tasks.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Assertive attitude towards priorities.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence & Trello.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
