Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

This exciting role offers a chance to work within CPC's Commercial Services Business Unit, supporting over 30 major transport and infrastructure projects with a capital spend exceeding £15 billion.

We are recruiting for various commercial roles across the breadth of the UK, including Assistant Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Cost Managers, Procurement Managers, and leadership positions.

About the Role

  • Work in a collaborative environment delivering projects in fast-paced delivery environments
  • Manage contracts and costs effectively, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Implement effective contract administration processes and reporting systems aligned to project requirements
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the company through shared ownership

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills
  • Experience working in quantity surveying or commercial management teams
  • Knowledge of public sector tendering and procurement processes
  • A collaborative approach to work and contract administration
  • Ability to operate effectively in embedded delivery teams
  • Degree qualification or equivalent, with professional qualifications desirable
