About the Role

We are looking for a Transport and Utility Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking Compensation and Compulsory Purchase work and delivering contract work to Transport and Utility clients in a reliable and cost-efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in an organised and methodical fashion, and have a high level of attention to detail. A willingness to undertake business development and a proactive approach to work are also essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of major and minor projects to a wide range of clients across the transportation and utility sectors.
  2. Manage the utilisation of time for the team's benefit, maximising efficiency and optimising the profitability of work for the team.
  3. Deliver agreed budgets and targets, and negotiate compensation in accordance with clients' instructions.
  4. Procure new work instructions wherever possible and assist in the delivery of agreed budgets.
  5. Provide support to other offices as directed and undertake CPO and compensation advice within BK.
