We are looking for a Transport and Utility Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking Compensation and Compulsory Purchase work and delivering contract work to Transport and Utility clients in a reliable and cost-efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in an organised and methodical fashion, and have a high level of attention to detail. A willingness to undertake business development and a proactive approach to work are also essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of major and minor projects to a wide range of clients across the transportation and utility sectors.
- Manage the utilisation of time for the team's benefit, maximising efficiency and optimising the profitability of work for the team.
- Deliver agreed budgets and targets, and negotiate compensation in accordance with clients' instructions.
- Procure new work instructions wherever possible and assist in the delivery of agreed budgets.
- Provide support to other offices as directed and undertake CPO and compensation advice within BK.
