Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and manage JSM projects (incidents, problems, change requests).
  2. Automate processes and monitor performance for optimal operations.
  3. Jira Software Administration:
  4. Administer Jira Software for Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban).
  5. Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for project tracking.
  6. Confluence Administration:
  7. Manage Confluence spaces for team collaboration and documentation.
  8. Set up permissions, organize content, and develop templates.
  9. Link Confluence with Jira for seamless collaboration on projects and tasks.
  10. Customization, Automation, and Integration:
  11. Create custom workflows, fields, and issue types across Jira platforms.
  12. Ensure security best practices, compliance, and data integrity across platforms.
  13. Training and Continuous Improvement:
  14. Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
  15. Identify and implement improvements to optimize platform use and performance.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  2. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
  3. Experience with customizing workflows, dashboards, and project templates.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  5. ITIL Foundation Certification; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus.About Us:
