About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Associate to join our Private Equity team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our partners to provide expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of transactional documents, including Exclusivity Agreements, Heads of Terms, and Management Equity Term Sheets.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and provide advice on corporate governance matters.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in private equity or corporate finance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Excellent drafting and technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to stay calm.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
