About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our clients with complex health needs in their own homes, including those with clinical equipment such as tracheostomies.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
Requirements
  • Kind and caring nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£12.75, depending on experience.
