We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support our clients with complex health needs in their own homes, including those with clinical equipment such as tracheostomies.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Kind and caring nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£12.75, depending on experience.
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Care Manager.
