About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide assistance with daily living tasks
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work closely with our care teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
