Care and Support Worker - Job Summary
Candlelight Care is a family-run home care provider seeking a compassionate and reliable Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's needs.
- Support with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment where required.
- Report any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.

- A competitive hourly rate of £12 + paid travel time and mileage.
