About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents, and we are looking for someone who shares our values of family, integrity, respect, and exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily activities and meals
- Supporting family members and visitors
- Participating in training and up-skilling sessions
- Working closely with team members and management team
Requirements:
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Experience working as a Health Care Assistant or Support Worker (full training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
