Osbern Manor is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.
  • Supporting family members and visitors, providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Actively participating in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Working closely with the management team and other care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring approach to care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
  • Experience working in a care setting, although full training will be provided.
