Key Responsibilities- Provide Person-Centred Care: Work under the direction of the designated staff nurse to provide care to residents, including activities to stimulate and occupy them.

- Supervise and Develop Staff: Supervise the work of new and junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to Service Development: Be involved in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of care for residents with advanced dementia and challenging behaviors.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in dementia care, preferably in a community setting.
- Qualifications: Foundation degree in health and social care or equivalent.
