Support Worker Required

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at West Kent Care as a Support Worker. This role involves providing personalized care and support to a gentleman in his 50s, enabling him to maintain his independence and dignity in his own home.
The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly, including double shifts, and be comfortable with a varied and unpredictable daily routine. This may include personal care, social activities, and healthcare tasks.
