Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team at Ramp Network.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Financial Control team in delivering accurate and timely financial deliverables, while ensuring compliance with local and international statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as acting as project lead for all Finance GEO Expansion.

They will also work on equity reconciliations, production and maintenance of group transfer pricing methodology, including modeling and liaising with external advisors.

In addition, the role will involve assisting with the accurate and timely reporting of month-end accounts, meeting individual and finance team objectives, and liaising with local and group auditors to satisfy audit requests.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounting, corporate tax, VAT, and statutory requirements in the UK, as well as experience assisting and liaising with external consultants to prepare tax and financial account filing in Poland, Ireland, and the US.

Requirements
  • Full or part accountancy qualification with one of the main professional bodies (i.e., ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • A high amount of ownership and independence
  • English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Problem-solving skills to address key control and reconciliation tasks
  • Experience in automation and systems implementation
