Pearson Carter, a leading Microsoft Partner based in Scunthorpe, is expanding its sales team due to steady business growth. They are seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to join their growing sales team and drive revenue growth in the North of England.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will have strong background knowledge of MS sales, excellent local market expertise, and be able to generate leads effectively. The role involves regular travel to client sites across the North of England, with occasional visits to the office in Scunthorpe for sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the North of England, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 3+ years' experience in Microsoft Stack product knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a MS Partner or Software sales environment is essential.

What We Offer

Pearson Carter offers a competitive salary of up to £45K base (with a realistic OTE of £75K) plus a generous pension contribution scheme and 28 days of holiday leave (excluding bank holidays).
