As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales activities, project implementation, and team management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Develop a high-performing team environment with effective communication and adherence to business processes.
  • Solution Development: Partner with sales teams to craft solutions, deliver demonstrations, and provide strategic insights while staying updated on product and market trends.
  • Project Planning: Plan and manage project delivery on time and within budget, resolving escalations and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster team excellence through mentorship, development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, project implementation, and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for building trusted customer relationships.
  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, and documentation.
  • Able to drive cross-functional collaboration and continuously improve processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
