Care Services Team Lead

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients, collaborating with the Registered Manager to achieve business growth targets, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service and man management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also be commercially aware, have influencing capabilities, and be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through outstanding customer service and relationship-building
- Manage a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care to our clients
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to achieve business growth targets
Salary and Benefits:
£27,000 - £32,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include company events, company pension, employee discount, free flu jabs, free parking, and a referral programme.
