Role Profile
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Child Welfare Team Lead to join our Children's Social Care department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality case work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of social workers, supervising their casework and providing expert guidance and support.
Undertake complex casework, including contested care proceedings, and provide expertise in child welfare and protection.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of our social care services.

Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care.
Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check.
Registration with Social Work England (or ability to obtain registration prior to commencement).

What We Offer
A competitive salary of up to £55,890 per annum.
An annual retention payment of up to £2,000.
