About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Blue Arrow, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care services in a 26-resident care home with mental health issues and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision:
    • Lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring clear communication regarding care plans and progress.
  • Care Delivery:
    • Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal quality standards.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
