About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Services Manager. As a Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for converting new client enquiries, managing CAREGiver personal development, care planning and conducting risk assessments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that exceptional service is delivered to our clients. This includes overseeing the on-call rota, responding to emergency situations, and supporting team members in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous care experience with excellent customer service and man management or supervisory skills.
- Commercially aware
- Influencing capabilities
- Able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
- Ability to build good working relationships
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Able to work well and accurately under pressure
- Flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota
