Care Planning and Support Specialist

As a Care Planning and Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that children and young people receive the best possible support and services. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Assess and provide services to children in need, working within the framework of relevant legislation and regulations.
Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that they meet the individual needs of each child and family.
Provide expert guidance and support to social workers, helping them to develop and improve their practice.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care.
Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check.
Registration with Social Work England (or ability to obtain registration prior to commencement).

A competitive salary of up to £55,890 per annum.
An annual retention payment of up to £2,000.
