Visionary Leadership Role in Child Protection

Leaders in Care is seeking an exceptional Social Work Team Lead for Vulnerable Populations to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our service and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.

Your responsibilities will include managing a team of social workers, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing expert guidance on safeguarding thresholds. You will also be responsible for undertaking risk analysis and risk assessment, and providing regular reports to senior management.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a leased car, relocation allowance of up to £8,000, and 30 days annual leave. In addition, you will receive a strong training and career pathway, as well as a retention payment of £2,000 annually.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Social Work qualification, full registration with SWE, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering excellent care and support to our service users.
