About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Delivery Lead to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a Care Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our clients by motivating and supporting our caregivers to deliver exceptional care.

  • Care Planning and Risk Assessment: Lead the process of care planning and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality care delivery.
  • Caregiver Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our caregivers, promoting their growth and development within the organization.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor and improve client satisfaction through regular feedback and evaluation.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to the growth and development of the business by identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in care delivery leadership roles, preferably in home care.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in care management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package including company pension, employee discount, free flu jabs, and free parking.

Location: Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, West Wickham, Beckenham. Mileage will be covered between client visits.
