About the Role:
Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three different pension schemes, resolving queries, and liaising with pension providers. They will also be required to communicate changes and updates to the organisation and support the Pensions Manager on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer three different pension schemes
- Resolve queries and provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with pension providers to ensure smooth administration
- Communicate changes and updates to the organisation
- Support the Pensions Manager on projects and initiatives
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience of either NHS, SAUL, or USS pension schemes. They will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
