As a Senior Community Enforcement Advisor, you will be central to everything we do, helping us provide cleaner, greener, and safer neighbourhoods.
About the Role
You will ensure the Community Housing Officers and Independence and Wellbeing Advisers implement the Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Policy and Procedure consistently and appropriately. You will review cases, provide advice on complex cases, and take the lead on multi-agency liaison.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and manage ASB cases, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed
- Liaise with partner agencies and legal specialists to resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with residents and stakeholders
Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with good knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, procedure, and best practice. A minimum of two years experience in housing management and/or managing ASB is essential.
About You
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable residents and senior professionals.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, 25 days leave per year plus bank holidays, and free parking.
