Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants. Additionally, you may be required to support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

Person Specification
Essential requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
