  1. Overseeing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  2. Managing a team of chefs, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  3. Ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards, including health and safety regulations.
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes accordingly.
  5. Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
