Senior Kitchen Design Specialist

The role of a Senior Kitchen Design Specialist at Neurosupport Services Ltd is to create bespoke kitchen designs that exceed customer expectations. With expertise in CAD software and strong organizational skills, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for their kitchen design and installation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design needs and preferences.
* Create detailed kitchen designs using software, considering functionality, aesthetics, and available space.
* Use effective sales techniques to persuade customers, negotiate terms, and close deals, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Oversee the entire project, coordinating with suppliers and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and quality installation of the kitchen.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally throughout the design and installation process.
* Ensure that the installed kitchens meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
Key Skills:
* Strong skills in kitchen design software and a keen eye for aesthetics are crucial to creating visually appealing kitchen layouts.
* In-depth knowledge of various kitchen products, materials, and appliances to assist customers in making informed choices.
* Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential to understand customer requirements and convey design ideas clearly.
* Adept at sales techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals to meet sales targets and boost the company's revenue.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Keen attention to detail to create accurate designs, estimate costs, and prevent errors during the installation process.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, resolve design challenges, and provide viable solutions.
* Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance design work with customer interactions.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
