Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Insight Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge insights to explain performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Delivering automated processes to report regularly on performance and using this reporting to provide insights and proposals to the business.
  • Delivering robust data and processes to support accurate timely planning and forecasting on annual monthly and ad hoc cycles.
  • Working closely with the product team to translate insights into actionable product enhancements and features.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting the testing and validation of new features and enhancements ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Using Tableau to make data and insight visible and interactive to stakeholders around the business.
  • Ensuring a consistent approach to insight across all Group brands.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional level of numeracy and data literacy.
  • Exceptional Excel skills.
  • Ability to scope and deliver automation of reporting from a variety of platforms.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical staff to understand requirements and propose solutions.
  • Experience engaging with and challenging senior stakeholders and demonstrable ability to tailor communication style to suit a senior audience.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to provide advice and insight to colleagues before they know they need it.
  • Communication skills, ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward way.
  • Demonstrable experience of paying attention to detail and putting processes in place to check work and minimise errors.
  • Thrive when working at pace, dealing with change and rapidly reprioritising.
  • Highly organised, able to keep on top of multiple simultaneous projects.
