Nationwide Building Society is the world's largest building society, serving over 15 million customers. We're seeking an experienced Insight and Reporting Lead to join our Customer Strategy, Insight and Propositions team.

The successful candidate will have experience working with data to identify insights and develop clear performance narratives for senior and wider internal audiences. You'll work across the organisation to ensure insights are holistic, understanding how activities and changes impact customer performance measures.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation, driving optimal strategic decision making through joined-up understanding of customer performance.

We offer a competitive salary of £51,500 per annum, plus benefits including a personal pension, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Synthesising multiple inputs into concise and compelling insights
  • Developing narratives and creating outputs suitable for various audiences
  • Supporting the delivery of monthly exec level customer reporting to key committees

About you:

You'll be an experienced Customer Insights professional with a broad range of experience, ideally from a financial services background. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience working with data to identify insights and develop performance narratives
  • Able to work across the organisation to ensure insights are holistic
  • Strong ability to produce 'exec ready' outputs in PowerPoint and Word format
