Job Description
Tate is looking for a Business Accountancy Professional to join their team. This role involves acting as a business partner to operational and management teams, ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.

Main Responsibilities
Key duties include supporting project management teams from tender through to completion, providing insights to manufacturing teams on BOM and direct costs, collaborating with sales managers to enhance commercial awareness, reviewing recovery rates and departmental charging mechanisms, assisting in developing business performance data and analysis for Directors and Managers, identifying opportunities to increase margins, developing cashflow modelling for projects and key business activities, working alongside FPAM and CFO to improve monthly reporting and forecast preparation, and proactively identifying business issues that hinder financial projections.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be CIMA or ACCA qualified, have strong intermediate Excel skills, experience with costing in a complex ERP environment, particularly SAP ERP, and proven experience in preparing management accounts, forecasts, and business analysis. National and international travel may be required.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is up to 60,000 + Car allowance of 6,600 and excellent benefits.
