Education Data Insights Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Education Data Insights Manager to join our team at Aspire People. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analysing pupil and staff data using bespoke software and Microsoft Office Suite. Your exceptional data analysis and reporting skills will enable you to disseminate information effectively to various stakeholders. Collaborating with external agencies, government bodies, and senior management teams is crucial for this role. You will also be responsible for planning upcoming academic years, including pupil allocation and timetables.

Key Requirements:
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to collaborate with external agencies, government bodies, and senior management teams
- 2-3 years of experience in data structure, analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, analysis, organisation, and presentation skills
- Experience in a similar role and a DBS on the update service are mandatory

Salary Estimate: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
