About the Role:
Aspire People is seeking a skilled Data Analyst Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with pupil and staff data, utilizing bespoke software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and dissemination. Collaboration with external agencies, government bodies, and senior management teams is also essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning upcoming academic years, including pupil allocation and timetables.

Key requirements include knowledge of data security, analysis, and reporting. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data structure, analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong attention to detail, analysis, organisation, and presentation skills are also necessary. Experience in a similar role and a DBS on the update service are mandatory.

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
