About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CYP Assessor to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a CYP Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children by assessing and evaluating evidence and reports related to child protection and welfare.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate complex data and information to determine the level of risk to children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure child safety
  • Work closely with other professionals to share best practices and improve outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in social work or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
